A former Love Island star has undergone quite the transformation since her time on the ITV2 dating show.
Lavena Back, who appeared as a Casa Amor girl back in 2019, has welcomed two children with her husband and become a body builder after leaving the series.
In photos shared to her Instagram, she recently announced that she had competed in a bikini competition and showed off the results of her hard work.
The mum-of-two looked incredible in a turquoise sequinned bikini while posing in a photo ahead of the contest.
Lavena explained in the caption: ‘Didn’t walk away with the trophy, but walked away with so much more.
‘The line-up was insanely strong, and I’m honestly so proud of myself for even getting this far.’

She added: ‘This journey lit a fire in me, and I already know I’ll be back, better than ever thank you to my legend of a coach @jase_eliteresults for getting me here!’
Lavena regularly shares fitness content to her Instagram and offers meal ideas to her followers.
She revealed her ‘soulmate’ had proposed to her in February 2022 and they went on to marry just two months later.
In a post to Instagram at the time, Lavena wrote: ‘When you want something so bad you’ve just got to go for it… so we tied the knot.’
The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Sage in August and went on to welcome a son, Bodhi, in January 2024.

Unfortunately she was dumped just days later when she failed to couple up with anyone during Casa Amor.

Before going on the show she was in an on-off romance with Premier League star Wilfried Zaha, who is currently signed to Crystal Palace.
A source revealed to OK! Magazine that Lavena dated the Premier League player for two years.
The insider said: ‘I don’t think Lavena has had any serious relationships or been in love since being with Wilfried.’
Lavena is the co-founder of her company, Peace Of Mind, which creates and sells ‘guided journals’ which help buyers ‘conquer each day’.
