Dressed in a sequined silver jumpsuit, the singer and actress looked radiant as she posed with Swift, who sported her signature red lip and a black minidress.
Although the Sunset Blvd hitmaker did not disclose any party details, the gathering appeared to have a 70s theme and be held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.
