Naomi Campbell has hit back after she was accused of being ‘rude’ to fans with Miley Cyrus at a vinyl signing in London this week.
After it was claimed they were ‘ignoring’ fans, Naomi defended Miley Cyrus as being ‘gracious’ with people who had come to support them at the event.
The supermodel, 55, and the singer, 32, held a fan signing event to celebrate their collaboration as part of Miley’s new single, Every Girl You’ve Ever Loved, which features spoken verses from Naomi.
However, after meeting the famous duo, many fans accused them of being ‘rude’ and only holding a ‘meet and greet with each other’.
Naomi seemed to have a very different version of events according to a new Instagram post, where she praised Miley for her interactions with fans.
Alongside a series of photos from the night, she said: ‘@mileycyrus what a fun a fun signing. Thank you for having me by your side to celebrate the Every Girl You’ve Ever Loved vinyl release in London.
‘What a joy to spend the night with you in my hometown— your energy is infectious, your memory and graciousness is unreal with our fans , you had me laughing all night.

Naomi went on to express that she ‘loved’ meeting all of the people who came out to the event, despite claims that they were uninterested.
She said: ‘To everyone who came out to the signing: thank you. We felt your love and adored meeting you. If you couldn’t make it, the vinyl is available now— SHOW US YOUR POSES THIS SUMMER!
Shortly after the event, Miley and Naomi were slammed for ‘ignoring their fans’ while signing vinyls for their collaboration as part of Miley’s new single, for the singer’s Something Beautiful film.
Fans lined up at record store Rough Trade to meet them, but many of them took to social media to share their disappointing experience being ‘ignored’ by the stars.
In fan-taken footage of the fan event, the pop star chatted animatedly with Naomi, while also signing vinyls and greeting fans.
Many of her fans’ faces changed, however, when they noticed that the Flowers hitmaker’s attention was clearly divided, which resulted in poor quality photos where the stars were often not looking at the camera at all.
DailyMail.com reached out to both Miley and Naomi’s respective representatives for comment but have not heard back at this time.
After the fan signing event and their night out on the town, Miley took to Instagram to share a series of photos and a clip of them posing up a storm at the record store.

‘I know Miley Cyrus and washed up Naomi Campbell don’t think they’re ALL that in 2025. F*** outta here,’ another X user wrote with their disappointed reaction.

Other people slammed the two stars and while criticizing Miley, wrote: ‘No bc the way I’d ask for a refund to her face.’
After the fan signing, Miley and Naomi went out for the evening in London.
The singer was later seen leaving a Lost City immersive event in Covent Garden.
During their night out, the superstar’s father Billy Ray Cyrus was also in attendance alongside his new girlfriend Liz Hurley.
The father-daughter duo’s public reunion comes after she unpacked a decade’s worth of family drama and trauma, revealing how she mended all of her fences, while on a promo tour for her new album release for Something Beautiful.

She grew up to be a global pop star in her own right, though she revealed on last Tuesday’s episode of Reclaiming with Monica Lewinsky, her road to fame was filled with family strife. She teased the whole family went through a ‘really difficult, dark decade,’ but they were able to get through it.
Miley revealed on the podcast that the family was able to mend their fences without therapy.
‘We’re so messy, we didn’t even do any of that,’ she joked of her family struggles, revealing the reason a therapist wasn’t involved.
‘Just to get each other into a room to get to counseling would have been a war,’ she admitted. She told Lewinsky that, at one point of the ‘dark decade,’ half of her family members were not speaking to each other.
She admitted that she had a lot of loyalty’ to her mother Tish Cyrus, who split with father Billy Ray back in 2022 after nearly 30 years of marriage.
Before their official split and divorce that was finalized in 2023, she said that her parents were on-and-off and she revealed how that affected her.
‘I watched what happens when you don’t clean things up as they’re happening,’ she admitted.
‘They really do stack. And then all of the sudden you go, ‘Oh my God, it’s been 10 years and this is a mess I barely even know how to start. This is emotional hoarding,” she continued.

Ultimately, the singer, ‘cleaned all that up,’ during a ‘really important part of [her] year … putting those lines of communication back together.’
‘I just kind of busted through the pile that stacked and just [went], ‘I’m here, you’re here, let’s start by having a good time together and then as we start bringing some happiness and joy into each other’s life, then we’ll be in a better place to have these conversations,” she said.
She also explained that it ‘was easier to wave a white flag’ than to go through counseling with someone else.
The singer said she likes others to decide they ‘like the way she’s functioning’ and attempt to ‘mimic’ it.
